弊社は、東京最古の酒舗です。当初、酒は造っておらず、主に関西からの「下り酒」を販売させていただいておりました。明治時代中期、灘地区にて清酒「金婚」の造りを始め、昭和初期に、蔵を東村山に移して以来、丁寧な酒造りを進めております。
「東京の酒」に関し、広くは知られておりませんが、約10社の酒蔵では「旨い酒」を目指して、日々酒造りに励んでおります。
2020年に、東京はオリンピック・パラリンピックをお迎え致します。少しでも多くの国内外の方々に「江戸・東京の地酒」を知っていただき、お楽しみいただければ幸いと考えます。

We are the oldest sake store in Tokyo. Originally, we did not brew sake, but instead we sold sake from the Kansai region, known as kudarizake. In the middle of the Meiji period, we started producing “Kinkon” in the Nada district, and ever since the brewery was relocated in the area of Higashi-Murayama in the early Showa period, we have been carefully carrying on with brewing sake.
Given that Tokyo’s sake varieties are not widely acknowledged, a handful of 10 breweries dedicate our every day to making sake in pursuit of that “exquisite sake.”
With Tokyo welcoming the Olympic and Paralympic Games in 2020, we hope that as many people as possible, from both Japan and overseas, get to know and enjoy “the local sake of Edo and Tokyo.”
